Unmet needs/future legislative initiatives: Due to the current economic and security situation in Israel, there are no new initiatives in this field, and the challenge is to protect the existing legislation from being reduced or even abolished. Furthermore, within the labor union movement there is still very little awareness for the need to develop specific eldercare policies. |
