“Extra Help” Virtual Toolkit

The National Alliance for Caregiving is proud to offer this virtual toolkit to help make family caregivers aware of prescription drug assistance for eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries. The below tools are intended to help caregiving coalitions and advocates educate family caregivers in their communities about Extra Help with prescription drug costs under Medicare Part D. These materials may be downloaded or printed and shared with family caregivers, including use at events such as caregiver conferences and support groups.

The ExtraHelp4Rx toolkit was developed by NAC with grant support from Eli Lilly and Company.
