Senior Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations

Adali Hernandez serves as the Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the National Alliance for Caregiving. In this role, he leads efforts to secure corporate and foundation support, fostering strategic partnerships that drive impactful programs and initiatives to support family caregivers.

Before joining the National Alliance for Caregiving, Adali helped lead corporate partnerships at The Trevor Project. He worked with brands across diverse industries, including Finance and Banking, Consulting, Food & Beverage, Legal & Professional Services, and Travel & Hospitality, to support LGBTQ+ youth. Since 2021, his efforts at Trevor have focused on aligning corporate objectives with meaningful social change.

Adali’s prior experience includes leading corporate partnerships at UnidosUS, the nation’s largest Latino civil rights organization. Earlier in his career, he worked with the California State Assembly and Mercury Public Affairs in Sacramento and served as a congressional intern with the Panetta Institute for Public Policy in Washington, D.C.

Adali graduated from California State University, Sacramento. During his time in Sacramento, he co-founded the Capitol LGBTQ Association, an organization dedicated to recruiting and retaining LGBTQ+ staff in the capitol while fostering professional mentorship and community.

He is also a fellow of Equality California’s Institute Leadership Academy and an alumnus of the American Express Leadership Academy US, reflecting his commitment to leadership, equity, and impactful service.
