Development Associate
Brandi serves as NAC’s Development Associate. In this role, she supports the NACs membership program and fundraising efforts to elevate and sustain the organization’s programming.
Prior to joining NAC, Brandi served as the Communications, Training, and Impact Manager at Mi Casa, Inc. There, she led the organization’s storytelling and data initiatives, streamlining grant reporting workflows, developing donor cultivation strategies, and producing annual impact reports. Her leadership helped grow individual donor engagement and increased organizational capacity across multiple departments. Brandi also supported development efforts at the Council of State Governments (CSG) Justice Center, where she conducted funder research and drafted grant proposals to support corrections and reentry programs.
Brandi holds a Master’s in Community Leadership from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Outside of work, Brandi is a certified personal trainer who enjoys fitness, reading, and playing piano.
