Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations
Yadira Cabrera is the Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations at the National Alliance for Caregiving, where she leads partnership and fundraising efforts that support the organization’s mission, research, and national caregiving initiatives.
With nearly seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Yadira has built her career around strengthening professional communities and helping mission-driven organizations deepen engagement and build strong relationships. Her work has focused on leading peer networks and industry engagement initiatives that create opportunities for professional connection, shared learning, and community growth.
Before joining the National Alliance for Caregiving, Yadira led affinity and professional group programming at the Two Ten Footwear Foundation, including Women in the Footwear Industry (WIFI) and a network of HR leaders and professionals across the footwear industry. She oversaw initiatives focused on networking, leadership development, and industry engagement, while working closely with corporate partners, executives, and advisory leaders across the industry.
Earlier in her career, Yadira managed membership engagement and peer network initiatives at the National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO), connecting transportation professionals, city leaders, and transit agencies across North America. She also supported national member engagement efforts and coordinated knowledge-sharing initiatives across agencies and peer networks.
Yadira holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Brooklyn College.
